About Heather

For me, inspiration has always grown from unexpected places.

At Last Me was never really just about me. After many years of being on my own, I’ve been settling into a new community and creating a home with my partner. The garden has become a big part of that — planting trees, growing vegetables and fruit, and experimenting in the kitchen with the cooking and baking that have always been close to my heart.

Work has shaped me too. I’ve owned a restaurant, built a specialty cracker company that I ran for 12 years, and later worked in film production.

All of my experiences in food, film, and life have led me here, to At Last Me. What excites me most now is opening this space and seeing where it can grow.
